Is my business accepted by Klik & Pay?

Most e-commerce activities are accepted, however some activities are not allowed (sex, alcohol, weapons...). Dropshipping activity has an above-average chargeback rate, it will be studied with the greatest care before being accepted. All activities refused or accepted under certain conditions can be found on the Pre boarding guide page, under the "Activities subject to conditions" tab.

What are the payment methods offered by Klik & Pay?

In addition to VISA and Mastercard, we provide you with more than 25 international payment methods, as the payment methods used vary from country to country.
    This gives you the opportunity to open your business internationally. Find all our payment methods on the dedicated page

    How much does it cost to use the Klik & Pay platform?

    We only charge a fee for your transactions, no subscription or installation fees.
      You can calculate your costs on the rates page, the rate varies according to the country of registration of your company, your activity and the currency used.
        Depending on the type of activity, a Rolling Reserve or deposit might apply for security reasons.
          Additional costs can be added such as Chargeback fees (your customer's opposition to a payment).

          How is the money being paid out?

          Your money is paid out, less our commission, to your company's bank account once a week. For large volumes, the frequency of remittance can be increased.

          In which countries is Klik & Pay available?

          We work mainly with merchants whose companies are registered in Europe.
            For merchants based outside Europe, we examine on a case-by-case basis, depending on the activity and the target market.
              As a merchant, you have the possibility to accept international payments.

                What information do I need to open a merchant account?

                To find out if your site is eligible, first make sure that it contains the required information.
                  You can then complete the registration form, without any obligation on your part.
                    Your site must be online and available for our teams to study, in case your site is protected by password, please provide it  in the registration form. Throughout the registration process we will ask you for the following information:
                    • Company information (name/address/status)
                    • Intended contact address for the site, make sure you provide us with a valid email address
                    • Contact details of the beneficiary(ies) (physical or legal)
                    • Company activity and technical details
                    • Bank details (for your remittance)
                    Thereafter, if you are eligible, we will ask you to send us the administrative documents relating to your company and the various shareholders.

                      How do I connect Klik & Pay to my e-commerce site?

                      If your site uses a CMS
                        We have developed plugins for the main e-commerce CMS: Woocommerce, Prestashop, Magento, Joomla, Drupalcommerce, OScommerce... You can find details and download the plugins via the space dedicated to the modules.
                          Most plugins are free, only the woocommerce plugin is subject to a charge (59€).
