Description of payment process
A payment form, available in the back-office, allows you to store your clients’ card details and the amount to be debited. With a client directory, you don’t need to re-enter bank details. The client receives a confirmation email that informs them when the amount has been debited from their account and allows them to match up the order they’ve made over the phone with their bank statement.

For online consultations, deferred payments allow you to validate the card and perform a credit check. At the end of the consultation, you simply need to validate the actual amount to be paid for the consultation, as quoted to the client beforehand.
